We're back! Nelson Paranormal League returns

The Nelson Paranormal League returns with new tours, stories and missions

Nelson BC - The Nelson Paranormal League has been hard at work gathering new stories and evidence for new up and coming tours.  This fall starts with Haunted Heritage Tour Streetcar #23 and will finish up with walking tours and Spirits of Nelson Pub Tour at the end of October.  And this is only just the beginning…
Streetcar#23 is ready to go for the
Haunted Heritage Tours on Saturday October 15th

For over 12 years the Nelson Paranormal League has been gathering stories, investigating events and hosting tours in the Kootenays.  This year they are taking their mission to the next level with the introduction of 3 new tours, Interview with a Ghost Hunter Sessions and a Secret Investigation.
October is the return of the popular Haunted Heritage Tour Streetcar#23 where guest are treated to a tour of Nelson’s less talked about haunted history. This year we have added more stops and more stories.  Happening Saturday October 15, with two special runs at 4pm and 5:30pm, it is one of the best ways to enjoy Streetcar#23 before she is put to rest for the season. Partial proceeds from these tours go to benefit the Nelson Electric Tramway Society (NETS), a wholly volunteer run organization.

Later in October the League presents two new tours, the Haunted Heritage Walking Tours and the Spirits of Nelson Haunted Pub Tour.  Walking tours are being held on Saturday October 22nd and 29th, and will leave from the Railway Visitors Centre to Touchstones Museum, getting up close and personal with some of Nelson’s most popular Haunts.  On Thursday October 27th the Spirits of Nelson Haunted Pub Tour is an intimate tour of the darker side of the Haunted History of Nelson; this tour is not for kids or the weak of heart.

Once the tours are finished the League will be performing a series of Interviews with a Ghost Hunter, where they will be hosting conversations with people who are intrigued with Nelson’s haunted past, or who have a story they wish to share about their own personal paranormal experiences. NPL are working on compiling stories for an upcoming book, which is currently being written based on our own personal experiences exploring paranormal activity in the local area.  The League is also working on a new paranormal hunt in town, but is keeping the location and experiment secret for now.

“We are back and we are excited!” says NPL cofounder Chris Holland. “In our investigations we have discovered many paranormal situations and have decided to document them, investigate them further and share our findings with the public.”
